The brand needed custom bags and fabric accessories with brand-name hardware, weatherproof fabrics and a production price that worked for a premium retail line.
We adjusted dimensions for frame fit, repositioned mounting points and tested fabric and hardware combinations until the construction matched the brand requirements.
Production scaled in stages, with every finished piece checked for workmanship, dimensions and fit before packing. The same standard runs on every reorder since 2016.
