MATERIALS WE BUILD WITH
Taiwan-Sourced Fabrics, Brand-Name Hardware
Most of our coated fabrics come from established Taiwanese mills, and we specify hardware from YKK, FIDLOCK and Duraflex by name so your buyers can verify every component. bluesign approved fabric options are available for lines that require them.
Coated fabrics
600D to 1000D polyester and nylon from Taiwanese mills, in PU or TPU coatings with different hydrostatic ratings.
Brand-name hardware
YKK zippers including AquaGuard, FIDLOCK magnetic buckles and Duraflex D-rings — specified by brand, not by generic type.
Foams and liners
Cut foam for passenger cushions and child-seat pads, with wipe-clean coated covers in your colours.
